November Update: A Busy Month, A Great Team & What's Ahead

A Busy Month On and Off the Field

Monthly market update. How’s it been going? Well, October is a pretty busy month for Dave with rugby and that trickles into November with the University of Guelph women’s rugby team. So, as you can see, that is what my life has been looking like for the last month or so.

A Great Team Behind the Scenes

Luckily, we got a great team. Nick, Dave with a mustache. Sydney has been keeping all of the paperwork straight even when I make mistakes on the weekends. And then of course Chloe and Kyle and Ryan and Seth hanging things on the property management side, and Scott has been busy between refinances and just kind of helping clients out. He has been staying on top of things and getting a lot of stuff done for our clients.

Putting Our Clients First: A Note on Financing

Just a note on the financing side, it is nonprofit for us. Our goal isn’t to earn commissions. It’s to make sure you get the right advice. With that being said, if we’re giving you that advice, we’re really hoping that you’re sticking with us if it makes the most sense to do so.

A Look at the Real Estate Market

Anyways, in terms of sales, market’s still a little slow, but there are definitely people looking to get things done before Christmas, and we are transacting.
