October Market Update

Looking back at September — we survived! It was a busy month. We even managed to make it to the Canada vs. New Zealand game in England — an epic clash. Tough result in the final last weekend, but go Canada go! Huge shoutout to Brit Kassil, Taylor McKnight, and Julia Schell — we're super proud of you.

And of course, the Brantford Harlequins are in the McCormick Cup Final this weekend — you’ll see me on the field for that one.

It’s been an interesting month in real estate. We’ve seen a bit more activity — a few of our listings that sat through the summer finally moved. Prices are softening, but that’s really what sellers need to do to get homes sold right now — because that’s where the market is at.
