  • How do you determine list price?

    We look at comparable sales and current market activity, as well as how the listing presents itself on the market.


    Our goal is to sell your home for the highest possible dollar, while ensuring that you are able to live comfortably throughout the listing process.  

  • Do you advertise in the GTA?

    Yes! Our team is also registered with the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). We post every listing on both local and Toronto real estate boards.

  • How much commission do you charge?

    Prices will vary depending on the situation and the listing.  We would encourage you to reach out and ask for additional information about what your personal listing process may require, and how we can work together to ensure you are getting the best value for your dollar.  

  • How quickly can you list my property on the MLS®?

    Typically we require 1-2 weeks lead time, however, we have been able to list a property in under 24 hours. It all depends on what is required to fit the best interest of our clients. 

  • How will you market my home?

    Our clients benefit from having a dedicated in-house marketing team because there is next to no turn-around time!


    In addition to posting your listing on realtor.ca, the Guelph Real Estate Board, and the Toronto Real Estate Board, we utilize our social media channels to advertise your property and provide an interactive space for prospective buyers to obtain more information.
